For our operations in Cameroon, we are looking for: COOK/CLEANER m/f Base: Buea (south west region) Number of positions : 1 Contract duration: 1 Year start date: 1st of April 2021 supervised by: HR & Finance Technician Location : Buea South West Region OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: Objective 1 : Ensure the cleaning of office and Guest house: Activities : Dusting of desks, furniture and equipment. Cleaning of windows when necesssary Empty the garbage bins Sweeping and cleaning the floor; Clean and disinfect sanitary facilities (including floors and walls) Cleaning, disinfecting and filling the water filters Checking the water reserves Objective 2 : Laundry maintenance of Expatriates: Activities Wash, hang-up and iron household linen and clothing (excluding underwear), Tidy and makeup beds of rooms Objective 3: Buy ingredients needed to prepare meals; Activities: -Establish a shopping list according to the daily menu -Evaluate gas needs and monitor consumption -Make purchases for the preparation of meals according to the envelope received. -Control the quantity and quality of food. Objective 4 : Prepare meals for the household team Activities: Prepare meals respecting the rules of hygiene; Clean, disinfect and fill water filters in kitchen. Objective 5 : Keep kitchen premises and equipment clean: Activities: -Wash dishes -Clean and disinfect the refridgerator once a week -Clean kitchen and used equipment daily.
