JOB ADVERT SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT Funded by the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon (NECC) as the CRS transition local partner, supports the implementation of Key Interventions to Develop Systems and Services for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (KIDSS) project. The project addresses the challenges of sustainable care and support to Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) by strengthening the capacities of the Government of the Republic of Cameroon (GRC), civil society, communities and households to provide quality care and support HIV-infected and affected children in Cameroon. The program consists of prevention and case finding activities for OVC as well as ensuring community support for linkage to care and retention among children and adolescents living with HIV. TERMS OF REFERENCE As the KIDSS Zonal and Case Management lead in Maroua project office, you will facilitate the achievement of project objectives through coordinating and reporting on all project activities and providing technical guidance and advice to staff and implementing partner(s) advancing National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon’s (CENC) work serving the poor and vulnerable. In zones 5 (The North and Far North, you will be responsible for managing the KIDSS Maroua satellite office, zonal project staff and supporting local partners to achieve project targets and ensure program and management quality for that zone. In collaboration with technical staff and the Head of Partnership, you will play a lead role in developing the organizational capacity of local partners and their ability to implement quality OVC activities. Your coordination and relationship management skills will ensure that the project for which you are responsible applies best practices and consistently works towards improving the impact for those whom we serve.
